I can honestly say that today is the best I have felt for four weeks. I slept very well after the session yesterday and was able go out today without feeling exhausted and weak.

I have pneumonia with my right lung being most affected and during the session felt a sharp pain in that area. When the pain subsided I was very relaxed and am pleased to say it has not returned.
