Can you heal yourself?

A question that often arises in this field is whether a practitioner can heal themselves using Energy Medicine. In Charlie’s experience, he is unable to heal himself energetically to the same extent that he can help others. There have been instances where he has used Energy Medicine to support his body's natural healing process; however, the results have been less effective compared to when working on a patient.

This is not to say that one cannot work to facilitate their own healing. Energy Medicine is just one pathway, and as individuals, we have a whole range of tools within us that we can access for self-healing. It is essential for individuals to take responsibility for their health and take all possible measures to facilitate their own emotional, mental, and physical healing.

Health and healing should take precedence in decision-making processes. Whether it's choosing dietary options, allocating financial resources, selecting products, or setting wake-up times, the overarching determinant should always be health. By establishing personal priorities, individuals can ensure that their priorities align with their decision-making processes.

The following habits serve as the cornerstone for all healing endeavors, empowering individuals to take control of their own health through the implementation of these practices.

Some practices to enhance health and healing:

  • Engaging in daily exercise or movement
  • Adhering to a diet of healthy, organic (where possible) food
  • Prioritizing sufficient sleep and rest

  • Regular meditation practice
  • Avoiding pushing past exhaustion and embracing rest when required
